This role is your chance to be at the heart of our vibrant team, where youll embody the manaakitanga and tikanga of our organization. Youll be the go-to person for meet and greet, customer service, and a variety of support and administrative tasks. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities.

Your previous experience will be invaluable to navigate and make your mark on the role, to prioritise and think on your feet supporting te Tari Kaihaut and Te Ranga Kaiurungi. He krero m te tranga | About the role You will: Be the welcoming face and voice of Whakaata Mori Ensure manuhiri are looked after when they engage with Whakaata Mori Coordinate travel, events, merchandise and office supplies with efficiency and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Carry out ad hoc administration tasks as needed Perform financial reconciliations and stakeholder engagement with confidence.

Lead continuous improvements in administration processes, making a real impact. He krero mu ake | About you Have at least two years experience working for a Mori organisation or equivalent personal experience. Conversational te reo Mori, able to introduce yourself and basic greetings in te reo Mori.

Higher reo proficiency preferred. Empathetic, proactive, and open to working in a multicultural environment. Well-presented, friendly, and helpful.

An experienced receptionist/office administrator confident in all aspects of office and business administration. A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude. Superb communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and show initiative. Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).
